Stoughton High School Dance Team Coaching Staff

Audra Jensen is in her 6th year of coaching at the high school level. She began her coaching career with Lakeside Lutheran, and this is her first year coaching at Stoughton High School. Audra was born and raised in Janesville, WI where she cheered for 11 years; earning the bronze medal at the UCA International Cheerleading Championship.
Even though Audra grew up cheering competitively, she found her love for dance after trying out for her high school dance team.
After 6 years of years of coaching, Audra is a four time regional championship coach, and hopes to help Stoughton continue their legacy of excellence.

Assistant Coach: Kaylea Midthun

Kaylea has lived in Stoughton all of her life. She graduated in the class of 2022 and is excited to start her new journey at UW- La Crosse this fall. She will be studying Biomedical science.
Kaylea grew up dancing at Stoughton’s local dance studio, Stoughton Center for the Arts, for many years. She was a member of their dance company competing in many local competitions earning overall awards. She traveled along the midwest attending competitions and conventions.
Kaylea joined the Stoughton High School Dance Team her freshman year. During her four years competing with the team she has attended Wisconsins State competition four times and earning 1st place awards at local competitions. Kaylea was captain her senior year. In 2022 Kaylea made the D2 All-State Team.
Kaylea will continue her journey with the Stoughton Dance Team in other aspects.. Coaching. Kaylea will assist Coach Jensen with choreographing competition routines, cleaning routines, and focus on helping the Varsity Team's technique. This is now Kaylea's 2nd year as Assistant Coach.
